Patient Access lets you use the online services of the practice. These includes arranging appointments, requesting repeat medications, accessing parts of your medical record and updating your details.
If you would like to get patient access then please speak to our reception team who will activate this feature for you and issue you with appropriate login details. Please keep handy your photo ID (drivers licence and/or passport) as you will be requested to show this prior to the access being granted to you.

If you do not want to email then you can either post your form or drop this at the surgery through our letterbox.
