These may be obtained by ordering online via the link at the top of this page, by personal request, fax or by post (please enclose a self-addressed envelope if you wish this to be posted to you).
Patients using the online service are required to register first.
Telephone request are not accepted as there is potential for error which could result in a huge risk to the safety of patients. So please understand if we refuse to accept telephone requests for prescriptions.
Please allow two working days excluding the day the request was made for the prescription to be ready for collection.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment for medication reviews to avoid unnecessary delays to future prescriptions requests.
